Who Is Mistral Dawn?

Mistral Dawn is a thirty-something gal who has lived on both coasts of the US but somehow never in the middle. She currently resides in the Southeast US with her kitty cats (please spay or neuter! :-)) where she works as a hospital drudge and attends graduate school. Taken By The Huntsman is her first effort at writing fiction and if it is well received she has ideas for several more novels and short-stories in this series. Please feel free to visit her on FaceBook or drop her a line at mistralkdawn@gmail.com

#APC #Spotlight: Inside #Sorrow: Poems Of #Mourning And #Grief By K.D. Rose!

Hey Everyone!! :-)

I've got K.D. Rose in my APC spotlight, today!  K.D. is an active and supportive member of  the  Authors-Professional Co-op Facebook group and her poetry collection, Inside Sorrow, looks interesting. Here's the description:
If you or someone you know is down, depressed, or grieving, this book will reach you. Clear-eyed and uncompromising, you will identify with the short prose of Inside Sorrow that captures the experience of feeling so down we can't see up.
Written to help people who have experienced loss, Inside Sorrow takes the reader through a journey and shows that despite feelings of loss, grief, or depression, we can come out stronger on the other side.
A little darker than what I usually post on this blog, but maybe reading it will help us all find the light. :-) If you agree, go ahead and grab your copy here:

Thank you all so much for stopping by! Happy reading! :-)

  1. Thank you! This is the book I won the Readers' Favorite Silver Medal for. It is really not that dark of a book but it is about someone experiencing grief and the little things that come up when that happens. It was written (in case anyone wonders, with the experience of my grandmother when she lost her husband in mind). Thank you Mistral Dawn and thank you Authors Professional Co-Op because it's a great group!!!
