Who Is Mistral Dawn?

Mistral Dawn is a thirty-something gal who has lived on both coasts of the US but somehow never in the middle. She currently resides in the Southeast US with her kitty cats (please spay or neuter! :-)) where she works as a hospital drudge and attends graduate school. Taken By The Huntsman is her first effort at writing fiction and if it is well received she has ideas for several more novels and short-stories in this series. Please feel free to visit her on FaceBook or drop her a line at mistralkdawn@gmail.com

Something Worth Watching?

Hey Everyone!! :-)

I'm back with another video I thought was worth sharing.  A couple of weeks ago, Bernie Sanders gave a speech about where he thinks the country is at this point and what he thinks we need to do going forward.  It's a good speech and he reminds us that if we want the changes that we need in America, we all need to get involved and make them happen. We need to draw our lines in the sand and tell Trump and the Republican Congress, "This far, and no farther!"  As Bernie has said multiple times, "Change never happens from the top down. Change only happens from the bottom up when millions of people raise their voices and demand that change."  Those millions of people include me and thee, my friends, and this speech is a good reminder that we all need to get our asses in gear.

After the speech, Senator Sanders also did an interview with Amy Goodman of Democracy Now!. I've only put the recording of his speech below, but if you go to Democracy Now!'s YouTube channel, you can see the interview as well. It's also well worth watching.
