I'm back today with another video I wanted to share. Two videos, actually. Both about the same problem, neither party is representing The People. Both parties are concerned only with their "team" winning, and even politicians who are among the best in their party, like AOC, are too ready to take it easy on members of their own party. And now they have all the courts too. We need strong, aggressive, uncompromising progressives who won't back down to anyone to drive the change we need in this country. And if the political system is too corrupt for us to get them through elections, the only hope we have is mass popular uprising to force politicians to come to heel.
I'm writing this before the 2020 election, so I don't yet know who won. But, regardless of which wing of the corporate party gets into power, I hope people remember that we have to keep fighting. We need to escalate and expand our resistance to both major parties through tactics like civil disobedience, non-violent demonstrations, and nationwide general strikes. Because it really doesn't matter which of the corrupt, racist, rapists won. The rest of us lost.
