Who Is Mistral Dawn?

Mistral Dawn is a thirty-something gal who has lived on both coasts of the US but somehow never in the middle. She currently resides in the Southeast US with her kitty cats (please spay or neuter! :-)) where she works as a hospital drudge and attends graduate school. Taken By The Huntsman is her first effort at writing fiction and if it is well received she has ideas for several more novels and short-stories in this series. Please feel free to visit her on FaceBook or drop her a line at mistralkdawn@gmail.com

Something Worth Watching?

Hey Everyone!!

I'm back with another video I thought was worth sharing. Actually, today, it's a series of videos I want to share with you Jordan Chariton from TYT Politics has been doing a lot of amazing reporting from the Standing Rock Sioux tribe's water protector camp in Standing Rock North Dakota. Much of what has been going on defies belief.

The police at Standing Rock have apparently been co-opted by the Energy Transfer corporation into a modern-day Pinkerton Gang and our government, including President Obama, has apparently decided to stand back and let them abuse and assault peaceful, unarmed US citizens who are voicing dissent.  It's like one of the darker pages of history and I'm appalled to see it playing out in our lifetime.

As I said, Jordan has done a wonderful job of documenting many of these atrocities in a series of videos, which he has thoughtfully compiled into a playlist on YouTube.  I'll link you to the playlist below so you can see for yourselves. I would recommend watching as many of the videos as you can because there's a lot of material that he covers.  The more people know what's going on, the better the chance we'll be able to put a stop to this injustice.

Peace!
