Romance meets post-apocalyptic horror, The Deadfall is a truly unique take on an age-old story. Without giving away too many spoilers, I can say that readers will be repeatedly surprised and entertained by the interesting characters and plot twists they encounter within these pages. And only those with willpower of iron will be able to put it down before the end. Five stars.
