Who Is Mistral Dawn?

Mistral Dawn is a thirty-something gal who has lived on both coasts of the US but somehow never in the middle. She currently resides in the Southeast US with her kitty cats (please spay or neuter! :-)) where she works as a hospital drudge and attends graduate school. Taken By The Huntsman is her first effort at writing fiction and if it is well received she has ideas for several more novels and short-stories in this series. #Caturday!! :-)

Hey Everyone!! :-)

Just a short post today. Have you ever looked at an animal and wondered what was going on in their heads? Has there been a time when something in their expression made it seem like there might be more happening than you were aware of, and you just wished you could ask them what they were thinking?

Maybe they looked a little melancholy:

And you wondered what had got them down.

Or maybe they looked like they were up to something

And you wanted to know what trouble they were planning.

Maybe they looked just a little too self satisfied

And you wondered when you were going to find the evidence of their mischief. ;-)

Sometimes it seems like they'd like to tell us

But we're just a little too dense to comprehend.
