Hey Everyone! :-)
Agent Thoth discusses more of the trials and tribulations associated with living with hominids. Incidentally, if you've missed Agent Thoth's earlier entries, you can find them here: Thoth's Journal

Day Five-Hundred-Four:
Since he has become a central fixture in my domicile, which makes for convenient study, I have decided to observe the behavior of this planet's representative of felid life. I realize a sample size of one is hardly representative, but it is what I have to work with at the moment, so I will do my best. In all honesty, I believe objectivity may be a greater challenge than sample size in this case. Because I seem to spend a large part of my time vacillating between wanting to train the small beast in proper manners and behavior and a strong desire to beat the tiny pest into submission. Thus far, I have managed to restrain myself and have only demonstrated some basic hygiene routines for the creature. I am aware that such instruction will affect the validity of my observations, however they were necessary for the maintenance of my sanity. Though, the felid's natural inquisitiveness and talent for mimicry are legitimate aspects of his normal behavior, and so worthy of study. Perhaps my training efforts could be considered experiments, of a sort? Or perhaps the beast's penchant for disturbing my rest-cycles has led to a sleep-deprivation-fueled clouding of my judgment.
