Excerpt from Intrigue In The Summer Court:
"Never," he grinned devilishly. "But I do want to discuss the idea of a spanking in greater detail," he teased.
Groaning, Cassie rolled her eyes. "Later, I'm too tired to think about it now."
"Tired! It's the middle of the day, there's a formal dinner for us to attend tonight."
Yawning, she moved off of his lap to crawl to the head of the bed. "I need a nap first." She paused, glanced over her shoulder at him, and threw him a flirtatious look. "Care to join me?"
His mouth went dry at the sight of his mate on her hands and knees, the evidence of his passion still wet on her thighs. Mesmerized, he followed her with his eyes as she clambered over the enormous mattress. At her words, his gaze flicked to meet hers and a slow smile spread over his face. "Always," he answered as he moved towards her.
