#Agent Thoth's #Personal Log: Day 1025

Hey Everyone! :-)

Agent Thoth discusses more of the trials and tribulations associated with living with hominids. Incidentally, if you've missed Agent Thoth's earlier entries, you can find them here: Thoth's Journal

Agent Thoth's Personal Log

Day One-Thousand-Twenty-Five:
My pursuit of the question of the possible contamination of my hominid-servant’s bathing liquid has been temporarily disrupted by the fact that multiple, unfamiliar, juvenile hominids have come to my domicile and depressed the alert button that indicates they desire admittance. Thus far, my hominid-servant has denied their requests, instead distracting them with small treats and redirecting them to an unknown alternate location. Which, for reasons as mysterious as those that brought them to my door to begin with, has without exception caused them to depart as precipitously as they arrived.

The behavior of these small hominids is quite odd, as they do not seem to have been trained in the proper greeting rituals dictated by hominid culture. Instead, they have all utilized a distinctive code phrase, “Trick or Treat,” when confronted by my hominid-servant. I’m uncertain if this is meant as an offer, a threat, or if it’s just random noise that contains no real meaning. However, my hominid-servant displays no signs of distress and seems to regard this sudden alteration to our routine as expected. I will continue to monitor this new development and report back on any further elucidation I’m able to obtain as to its cause.

Hominids are so weird! ;-) You may have noticed that Agent Thoth has a new look. I hope you like his new picture as much as I do, but I'd love to hear your thoughts, either way. Feel free to let me know what you think in the comments. ;-) Happy reading, everyone!
