The Millionaire Next Door by Cheryl Phipps:
Neither Sacha nor Lucas were looking for a relationship. Sacha is recovering from a messy divorce and Lucas's life is consumed with caring for his dying sister, and they simply don't have the time or inclination for love. But when Lucas sees his stunning, new neighbor, suddenly his calendar opens up. Unfortunately for him, Sacha still doesn't trust men, and it's only through a work project that he can get her to spend time with him. Will the determined millionaire find a way to help the lady mend her broken heart? You'll have to read to find out!
I thought this story had a lot of potential, but it bogged down at times and there were several instances where I thought the character's actions defied belief...even for a romance fantasy. Still, it was a cute story and a fun and sexy read, so four stars!
