Excerpt From Captivated By The Winter King:
Narrowing her eyes, she stalked towards him and poked him on his chest. "You did that on purpose, didn't you? You're trying to distract me. It won't work."
His smile sharpened and he leaned down to whisper in her ear, "I bet I could distract you if I really tried."
Glaring at him, she backed up to the bench where she had left her supplies. She picked up a pair of elbow-length, leather gloves and slid them up her arms. After pulling the material tight over her fingers, she took the bottle of lube she had brought and walked back to Ankou. It was the fiery lubricant she had learned was his favorite, and the gloves allowed her to use it in ways she hadn't been able to before.
